Check-In

At check-in time we require that customers fill in a brief information sheet.

Be prepared to provide:

• Owner's Name
• Owner's Address
• Local Phone Number
• Proof of Current Inoculations  ►a must ◄
• Emergency Contact Number (local contact person)
• Special Medication or Feeding Instructions

Please include any information which you consider important for us to know about your pet.

No- Shows
We must be notified if you are not keeping a reservation at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled check-in time. You are liable for the entire reservation if we are not notified as stated above.
